At 2,300 and 2,900 square feet, our two and three bedroom villas offer ocean, golf and marina views, private terraces, spacious living and dining areas and elegant gourmet kitchens. The four bedroom, four and a half bath Grand Penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the building with over 4,000 square feet of pure luxury, and an additional 1,236 square feet of terraces. The villa features a fabulous gourmet kitchen and upon request, services of a private butler and/or chef are available. The large formal dining room seats10, all bedrooms have private en-suite baths. The media room features a large plasma TV with surround sound, and the wrap around views are absolutely stunning. Overlooking the expansive beauty of Emerald Bay, the pavilion is a center of social activity with a 3,600 square foot, free-form pool with infinity-edge, heated out-doors whirlpool spa, fitness center and tropical pool bar. The culinary staff at the Pallappa Poolside Bar and Grill emphasizes freshness and unique flavors in their regional Bahamian creations and also feature continental cuisine.
